Youth Mentoring Signs of Summer (May 2019)

2019 SPS end celebration Simran mentee Salina mentor

Friends Program volunteer teen youth mentors and their grateful mentees enjoyed a celebration of their mentoring time at St. Paul’s School. Mother Nature’s rain inspired a creative indoor barbecue that didn’t hamper anyone from enjoying the evening playing games outside between periodic sprinkles and downpours. Our tenacious DJ, Nick Case, played tunes while everyone enjoyed Frisbees, hula hoops, nerf footballs, bubbles, four-square, and uplifting dancing in the rain! They loved it!

Students from St. Paul’s School have been volunteering as Friends Program youth mentors for over two decades! Their care and concern for their mentees is indeed impressive. Call us at 603-228-0108 if you are interested in mentoring a child and/or register for one of our upcoming orientations for teens and adults. Be someone who matters to someone who matters like teen mentor Celis pictured blowing bubbles with mentee Simran.
