Kathleen Ames, President

Kathleen is a graduate of Augustana College with a degree in history and political science; MBA, DePaul University. Also a CPA with a background in human resources. Past board experience has included serving as past chair of the Concord Regional VNA and numerous volunteer roles with the Junior Service League. Kathleen also served as the Treasurer of the Concord Hospital Association.

Angela Strozewski

Angela is Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. She possesses 32 years of experience in the organization. She joined Merrimack County Savings Bank in 1990 as a bookkeeper and assumed roles with increasing levels of responsibility. A graduate of Franklin Pierce University, Angela's past community service includes mentoring a youth in our mentoring program, as well as preparing meals at the Friendly Kitchen, managing the finances of Cub Scout Pack 86, and serving on the facilities committee of Riverbend Community Mental Health.

Allen DesbiensAllen M. Desbiens, Treasurer

Allen recently retired from EVERSOURE Energy Corp where he led Regulatory Affairs, NH Operations.  Allen has extensive experience In State and Federal utility law and regulation, managing significant regulatory proceedings for Public Service Company of New Hampshire, Northeast Utilities Service Company and Eversource Energy during his career.  Was primarily responsible for negotiation of long-term power contracts and supply agreements with other NH utilities as well as the Company’s large commercial and industrial customers.  In addition to serving as a Trustee for the Friends Program, Allen has previously served on the Board of Directors for Granite State Credit Union and the Community College System of NH.  Allen attended Whittemore Business School – University of New Hampshire and the University of Indiana for graduate studies.  Allen lives with his family in Concord, NH.

Chris Senko, Vice President

Chris is the Administrator of the Bureau of Board Administration at the State of New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification.  Prior to this position she was the Director of Medical Staff Services at Catholic Medical Center and Program Administrator for the NH-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency Program.  She has a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Planning Administration from Pennsylvania State University.  She has served as President of the Shaker Road School Parent Teacher Group and the Junior Service League of Concord.  

Susan Geiger

Susan is a Director and Shareholder of the law firm of Orr & Reno in Concord. Her prior positions include NH Public Utilities Commissioner and Senior Assistant Attorney General at the NH Department of Justice. Susan is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Suffolk University Law School. She has resided in Loudon for over 30 years with her husband, Dan Geiger.

Mark Dartnell

Mark Dartnell recently retired after owning Taylor True Value Rental for almost 30 years and joined the team at Eastern Bank. Mark Lives in Concord with his wife of 26 years and two kids. Mark’s hobbies include attending live music and rooting for his favorite sports teams. Mark’s other community service includes regular volunteering with the Bow Men’s Club.

Jayson Belyea

Jason is a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. He has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was also a big brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters for many years in Central New Hampshire, has been a fundraiser representative for the Special Olympics and continues to volunteer for The Jimmy Fund at their annual telethon each year.

Jean Tewksbury

Jean Tewksbury, is the Program Director for NFI North Transitional Housing Services at the Bradford, NH location. Jean has 30 years’ experience working in the non-profit human services field. In fact, she used to be the Program Director of our Emergency Housing Program many years ago. Jean graduated from Lyndon State College with her Bachelors in Human Services and Counseling, where she met her husband, Ian. Jean and her husband moved back to her home town of Hopkinton, NH where they raised their two children. Jean enjoys giving back to the community and helping others. She was the President of the RedHawks coop Football Program, was a board member of Concord Coalition to End Homelessness. She also followed in her mothers’ footsteps, and became part of the Concord Hospital Associates as a board member.
